New California Republic - You can trust them to always want something from the caravan, be it goods or services. They're also always willing to help out the caravans where they can. They know we're sometimes more important than even their fancy factories back in Cali.

Caesar's Legion - I can't say I agree with... any of what they do, but at least they'll take a few traders. Nor have they put any shackles on me yet.

Western Brotherhood of Steel - The opposite of being entirely trustworthy, they at least don't cause any trouble. I don't really get enough contact with them myself to say much else.
